We're very proud at PH&C Easter Builders to have built a reputation based on 30 years of good work in the Lichfield, Kings Bromley, Rugeley and surrounding areas. At the heart of everything we do are Carl and Ben Easter, father and son building team.
A Dedicated Team
Together, along with Sue our office manager, they manage a team of over 20 skilled tradesman, experts in their fields who have worked with PH&C for many years.

Over the last 30 years they've seen the changes that new building techniques and an aspirational lifestyle have demanded from modern building contractors. So if you are looking to extend your kitchen to the rear ground floor, to give your family the space to live and play together, build a garden room, or are extending your house ready to give you an extra en-suite bedroom we have the experience.
PH&C Easter have undertaken two projects for us and during both we have been impressed by their communication, work ethic, quality of work and efficiency.
Keeping us well informed on progress etc they always turned up on time, approached each day with a new vigour, worked beyond self set targets and occasionally made personal sacrifices to complete work in the day.
Working in small friendly teams, nothing seemed to phase them as tackled the most daunting tasks with a confidence that has been earned through years of experience.
This experience was also evident in their workmanship and finish. On both new and old brickwork Carl and his team displayed an eye for detail that ensured any 'new build' was sympathetically matched to the existing."

Building Excellence Awards are all about the essence of good buildings. Winners are not selected on architectural beauty, but on the "Excellence" shown from a construction and technical building control point of view. The award showcases buildings and design teams that have had to tussle with technical issues, difficult sites, innovative and creative solutions.
