Start to Finish
From our initial meeting to discuss your needs to the completion of your building your point of contact will remain the same. Always on hand to answer questions and provide updates. Our pool of trusted, expert skilled trades mean whatever the size of job, using PH&C you can be sure you are getting the best there is.
Consultation
After our initial contact we’ll set up a meeting to discuss your ideas to help turn your project into a reality. If you require an architect we can from our experience advise on one that will be the best fit for your goals.
Project Design
Working with the architect we will finalise the design with you and if needed provide any supporting design such as external finish advice.
Scheduling
We endeavour to work to strict timescales and will provide a schedule of building so you can plan your lives. With extensions this is especially important as often the family will be living alongside the team.
The Build
Once the project is underway your project manager will keep you updated regularly on progress and discuss with you any developments that may affect the schedule. We manage all the trades leaving you to get on with your lives and watch your project come to life.
Quality Assurance
The final stages of the project will include fixing and finishing to your specifications and your sign off.
